The art gallery of Ontario is undergoing a new face lift. Its increased its art gallery space by almost 47% for more exhibition space. This new Ontario art gallery is so huge it sits on an entire city block stretching glass and Douglas fir. At the front of this fine art gallery is a feature Gallery of contemporary art and includes fine dining, bar, café, bookstore and a gift shop for all your art shopping needs. It will also include a new members lounge for special guest and functions.

If you take a closer look at the Ontrio Art Gallery you’ll notice it’s a very transparent museum that maximizes the amount of light coming in to it. The Ontario gallery is an urban designed building and will be one of the best built buildings in the area.

Ontario Art Museum is one of the first art galleries to be built specially and uniquely for the sake of displaying art. It will hold around 2000 works from Kenneth Thomson’s private collection and over 900 art pieces from Europe’s 12^th to 19^th collection.

The art gallery of Ontario will also be the new house for 10,000 plus images by Europe’s top photographers of the mid-20^th century which were donated as gifts to the new art gallery. Oceanic art collection of Australia will be a new feature to Ontario’s gallery along with African art and African sculptures from around the wold.

World famous Frank Gehry will take credit for being the building’s designer. With amazing glass enclosed areas that runs for over 425 feet will be a main feature of this building and will attract and melt the hearts of all who walks by.

This building was designed to also be a work of art and the people of Ontario will be the ones to enjoy it to most because they’ll have the chance to walk by the art gallery everyday.
